Compare Apple iPad Deals

Despite already selling over 300,000 units since launch in the US last Saturday the iPad still isn't officially available for order in the UK yet but you can pre-order from the Apple website and your local Apple store as the iPad bird should touch down on UK ground on the 28th May.

What iPad Touch? - Where? Who with? How much?

There are different versions of iPads and deals available depending on storage size or if it has 3G or not as well and different prices for each expectantly. We will have iPad 3G data plans with O2, Orange and Vodafone networks. But there are different spec models at different prices depending on which model you want, which network you go with and whichever price plan you're on.

Apple iPads and current Apple advertised prices

These are the currently advertised prices as shown on the Apple website.

Non 3G enabled iPad

  • Apple iPad 16GB Wi-Fi version is £429
  • Apple iPad 32GB Wi-Fi version is £499
  • Apple iPad 64GB Wi-Fi version is £599

3G enabled iPad

  • Apple iPad 16GB Wi-Fi version with 3G will cost £529
  • Apple iPad 32GB Wi-Fi version with 3G will be £599
  • Apple iPad64GB Wi-Fi version with 3G will be £699

Note: An insider source tells me the prices will be cheaper. From £389 for the 16GB Wi-Fi only, £439 for the 32GB and £489 for the 64GB. So £50 savings already and they still have to get FCC approval which would be 60 days until the Wi-Fi version was available and 90 days until the 3G version ships. By then the RRP would have probably dropped so be even cheaper.
