The HTC Wildfire is essentially a mini HTC Desire our most popular phone. Just 13mm shorter than the Desire and with a lower resolution screen (240x320), the Wildfire should offer outstanding value for money. The Wildfire will also stream wall updates from Facebook, Flickr and Twitter to ensure you stay up to date with the gossip wherever you may go.
A new feature for the Wildfire is the ability to rate and share downloaded apps with your contacts, which is a great idea. Built-in applications include Google Search, YouTube, Picasa, Gmail, Gtalk and Google Maps. A variety of connectivity options comprise of quad-band roaming for use overseas, Wi-Fi for hotspot locations and GPS for guided navigation. The HTC Wildfire is a compact (107 x 60 x 12mm) user friendly smartphone that will continue to evolve as new applications are released.

The price mentioned here is true and I bought one Apple iPad 16GB Wi-Fi version for the above price.
But there are some problems with 3g Iphone. I bought this last time and got hang every time like nokia.
The HTC ranges are getting better and better. I am tempting to ditch my iPhone for one.

I am a ‘soon-to-be’ htc wildfire person from Kenya. I have been doing a little analysis on this phone and i’ve found it to be the perfect budget-smartphone.I am now able to order it, unlocked clearly, since it hasn’t yet started being offerd in my country. The only huddle but to be falt with is findinga respected firm willing to export overseas, particularly to Africa. To this point the one web site i’ve discovered is expansys.co.uk.
I’m having a bit of a dilemma . I would like to get myself a new unlocked phone and can’t decide on which one to choose. First of all, i am considering the Nokia 5070. My buddy has one. It appears quite durable, and it all seemed alright, but then i began looking at other phones. Now my largest problem is deciding between the Nokia N97 and the Samsung Blackjack i607. Any advice is welcome.
I’ve generally used BlackBerry mobile phones since I could afford one. They are extremely trustworthy and have lots of amazing features. However when I discovered the new BlackBerry PlayBook, I became incredibly psyched. This without a doubt rivals the Ipad with much more features. It will work excellent with my BlackBerry bold for work and school. I cannot wait to get one early next year.
